I have a special treat for you today. A good friend and loyal follower of this blog, Dorothy Cordes, sent me this card she created yesterday. I have not been a fan of the Christmas Jingle Designer Series Paper because it is too retro for my tastes. However, Dorothy's use of it in this card has made me reconsider my position. It is just right for this card! Dorothy also used the digital download of Dasher. Thanks for sharing with us, Dorothy. Well, it is still Tuesday here in My Digital Craft Corner and I really wanted to get this post up for you all. You can find the latest My Digital Studio downloads here Download MDS_Downloads_-_Oct_18_-revised  I am really excited today because one of the new downloads was the Holly Berry Bouquet Kit! I love that designer series paper and the kit even comes with the Pines and Poinsettias stamp brush set! Whoohoo! The downloads include a couple more photocards and the 25 and Counting stamp brush set in addition to other things. Be sure to check them out then visit my online store to shop for the ones you need. You know you will need some…hehehe!

I finally got time today to play with the Holly Berry Bouquet Kit and created this card for you. I stamped the flourishes on Real Red cardstock with Cherry Cobbler ink to give a subtle effect. I hope you love the card as much as I do. This is probably my most favorite set in the Holiday Mini Catalog. What is your's? Leave a comment so we can get a little discussion going.

Our theme for this My Digital Studio Monday was to pile on the buttons. I just had to use a picture of a great-granddaughter who is 'cute as a button". :o) I discovered that over the last couple years that I have owned My Digital Studio, I have downloaded at least four button files so I used several of them on this scrapbook page.

It is 10 p.m. here in Alaska, but it is still Tuesday so I am technically posting this feature on the right day! I was excited to see the new My Digital Studio downloads for today. Here is the link for these new downloads. Download MDS_Downloads_-_Oct_11  I chose to share with you the You & Yours Christmas Photocard Template. I love the colors on it and the subtle background. The picture I wanted to put on the card did not fit in the photo box in the template so I deleted that one and added my own photo box which fit the photo. This picture was taken last Christmas after our family Christmas dinner. Our son-in-law found an old video of the song Jingle Bells with the 'bouncing ball'. Everyone had a handful of jingle bells and we shook them as we sang the song. Boy did the little ones enjoy that!!!

Designer templates are a very quick and easy way to create your Christmas cards. All you have to do is drop in a photo like I did and your card is ready for the printer. However, your creativity isn't limited to just that. All the components of the template are downloaded in individual files as well so you can use them on any project you wish.

I created this card from the Holly Berry Designer Card Template and shared it in August but wanted to bring it back for today because I love it so much. I know you will love it too. I added a satin ribbon and two rhinestone embellishments to the card. There really wasn't much else I wanted to change from the original template. This template makes a beautiful hybrid card. Just print out the template then add the ribbon and rhinestones in 3-D.
