It is a monthly subscription program Stampin&#8217; Up! is offering. Each month you are sent a new kit complete with all the paper, ink, embellishments, stamps, and step-by-step directions needed to complete up to four projects. Shipping is via Mail Innovations. The regular price of this program is $19.95 per month which is automatically charged to your credit card or debited your bank account but <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">by enrolling by Aug 31, you get the first two month for just $10 a month!<\/span> If you want to skip a month, you just notify them by the 10th of the month. There is no long-time commitment. You can stop the program at any time.
