The #SimpleStamping challenge for May is to create and share a card for any occasions using our favorite stamp that is retiring. The Lovely as a Tree stamp set was created by one of the founders of Stampin’ Up! and has been around since 2001. It is finally retiring with the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. The above card is my submission for the challenge of #MaySimpleStamping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

#SimpleStamping is the theme Stampin’ Up! introduced last November as the theme for this Stampin’ Up! year. Each month demonstrators are challenged to create and share on social media cards that a beginner stamper would enjoy making. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to using the retiring Lovely as a Tree <\/strong>(wood –128655<\/a>, clear –127793<\/a>), I used two of the new 2019-2021 In Colors. The trees were stamped with Seaside Spray ink on the Purple Posy card base. I love all the new In Colors…Seaside Spray, Purple Posy, Rococo Pink, Pretty Peacock, and Terracotta Tile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
