These darling bunny treat bags were the project in the March Paper Pumpkin kit. I bought two refills so I had enough to send to all our grandchildren and greats for Easter. They were so easy to make and so much fun.

Sealed with Love Tags

Valentine tag created with Sealed with Love Bundle

This Sealed with Love Bundle of stamp set and corresponding dies is perfect for making a Valentine tag to add to a little box of chocolates as a gift for the childcare providers at our local MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) group. I love the little envelopes and tiny note cards. Since these were for the childcare people, I thought the sentiment from the Swan Lake stamp set was the perfect choice. I embossed the tag after stamping the sentiment with the new Falling Petals Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I think the name really should be Falling Hearts as they look more like hearts to me than petals. But then, I wasn’t asked…LOL!

Remember that this is Sale-A-Bration time at Stampin’ Up! and you can choose a FREE item in the Sale-A-Bration brochure for each $50 you purchase in product from any of our current catalogs.

3 month prepaid subscriptions (137859) to Paper Pumpkin are an easy way to get that FREE SAB item. The 3 month prepaid subscription is on sale for only $55 through March 31st. You can order any number of multiples of the 3 month subscriptions. You will receive an email with an activation code for each 3 month subscription. Be sure to save those activation codes to use when the first 3 month subscription expires so you can begin the next three month subscription. If you are a current subscriber, your monthly billing of $19.95 will be suspended while you use the prepaid subscriptions.

To order the supplies I used to make this tag, just click on the images below.

Hey Chick!

Wiper card using Hey Chick stamp set

When I first saw the Hey Chick stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration brochure, I knew I had to make a wiper card with the set. This SAB set is absolutely darling and the best part of it is that it is FREE when you purchase $50 in product from me before taxes and shipping.

Now the closed card is cute in and of itself but just see what happens when you pull the ends of the card!

Opened wiper card using Hey, Chick stamp set

Giggle! I just love that floppy-maned chicken popping up to wish you a happy day! There are several online tutorials and videos showing how to make a wiper card. I followed Dawn Olchefsky’s  directions on this video  but made the tag a little longer so more of it would stick up. Wiper cards are fun to make but do take a little fussing to get them right the first time you make one.

The new 2017 Occasions catalog became live Jan 4th and that also was the first day of Sale-A-Bration which runs through March 31st. Sale-A-Bration is the exciting time of year when you can choose one of the FREE items from the Sale-A-Bration brochure for each $50 you purchase in Stampin’ Up! products. Contact me if you would like a copy of the 2017 Occasions catalog and the Sale-A-Bration brochure. I love giving them away for just the agreement that I can periodically give you a call to see how I can help you with your creative needs.

Check out this blog and my facebook page frequently to see samples I’ve created with product from these catalogs.

Clicking on the images below will take you to that product in my online store so you can order them if needed.

picture of Christmas card using the new Stitched Shape Framelits

I’m so excited! Stampin’ Up! is offering new framelits, Stitched Shapes, this month with a sale of selected stamp sets which are 25% off.

Notice the stitching around the tag on this package? No…it isn’t hand stitched, it was done by the die when the tag was cut out. I love, love, love it!!! These framelits will be available from November on since they will be in the next year’s annual catalog but you will want to order them now to use for your Christmas tags and cards. They add a delightful finishing touch to the project with no additional effort on your part. The selected stamp sets that were selected because they coordinate so well with the framelits are only on sale the month of November so order yours this month! Thoughtful Branches

Note card created with Thoughtful Branches and Beautiful Branches Thinlits Dies

The exclusive Thoughful Branches bundle (144328) of stamp set and matching dies is a special offer by Stampin’ Up! only during August. That means you have only two more weeks to order this very versatile and lovely set. I have been having fun playing with it the last few days. First I made a card with a hydrangea on it using Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum, and Garden green colors. The greeting comes from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set (141534). This bundle of stamp set and die allows you to create a card in less than 1/2 hour, maybe even less than 15 minutes. That is…after you have chosen the colors you want to use. That part of the creative process takes me quite a while!

Then I have seen several cards where the blossoms were cut from orange cardstock and turned upside down to make a pumpkin. I wanted to do that too so cut out the blossom die from Pumpkin Pie cardstock without stamping the petals on it. That didn’t quite do it for me because I’m too much of a realist and the pumpkin would look like it had been shot full of holes. :o) So I stamped the leaves on it and made a fall tree.

i wanted to try again for a pumpkin but ended up with a beautiful fall colored shrub. :o)

Fall Thoughful Branches

This is my favorite of the three. Which do you like best? Leave your answer in a comment. Now that you see the versatility of this set, click on the images below to order your set before the end of August.
